Quality Management System
CTI has established a comprehensive quality management system with a hierarchical management approach. At the group level, the Group's QHSE department oversees quality control matters. At the level of each business unit, subsidiary, and operational site, we continuously enhance quality management systems based on their business characteristics to strengthen quality management.
The Company implements the Chief Quality Officer system, where the Chief Quality Officer, as a senior management personnel responsible for the comprehensive development of quality within the company, oversees the implementation of quality improvement, QHSE risk management, and ensures the effective implementation of quality management strategies.
